Aluminum Casting

In addition to steel fabrication, Precision National also has extensive aluminum casting capabilities.

Commonly used for engine parts (heads, block, internal / external components etc.), valves and pumps, our cast aluminum products are heat treated to ensure the highest tensile strength. Our airset sand casting process also allows each of our aluminum components to be highly resistant to heat, corrosion, wear and abrasion.

Our aluminum casting equipment includes: Multiple McEnglevan Industrial T-300 EMT Speedy Melting Furnaces, 2 McEnglevan Industrial T-1000 Speedy Melting Furnace, and a 4 Million BT Castec 3-Ton/Hour Shake System. We can produce a wide range of cast aluminum products, from small prototypes, all the way up to parts that weigh 4,500 lbs. Precision National’s aluminum production capacity ranges from as little as 1 unit, to as many as 100,000 units per year. And we provide finishing, assembly, inspection and repair services.
