Maximize Production – Minimize Cost

At Precision National, we work closely with OEM manufacturers in the automotive industry, providing both full-scale production, and logistics services. Our engineers start by evaluating product specifications in order to identify the most cost-effective solutions. Samples are created free of charge, then any necessary design / development can be handled at our R&D Center located in Chicago and in Hong Kong. These 2 state-of-the-art facilities house a polymerization lab, chemical modification lab, coating lab, extrusion lab, and an analytical laboratory to handle mechanical, thermal and chemical characterization. Few OEM Fabricators have this capability, and it allows many of our clients to reduce their overall development costs, by keeping the entire process under one roof.

Once a project is ready for production, Precision National is able to reduce production costs even further, by utilizing sophisticated multi-station transfer and progressive dies. Our modern, efficient tooling not only minimizes the number of work stations required to produce a given item, but it also maximizes material utilization.

Facilities

The headquarters of Precision National are located in Lakewood, New Jersey. Our main facility is located in Hangzoo China, adjacent to our state-of-the-art steel fabrication plant. Covering 105,000 sq-ft, this facility houses the latest in steel processing equipment, including 8 presses ranging from 5-tons to 800-tons. We have a similar 55,000 sq-ft plant in Sri Lanka, along with partner facilities in India, Germany, and Ukraine. As a Global Supply Chain Partner, Precision National also has domestic and offshore warehousing / shipping capabilities, in addition to U.S. based quality control, regulatory and logistic support.

Company History

Precision National began manufacturing brake assembly parts for automotive suppliers in 1983. Attention to detail and close-tolerance metal stamping became our calling card, and the company started to grow. With advanced engineering capabilities and an expanded manufacturing base, the company started producing other automotive components like axles and hub assemblies. OEM’s started to notice the quality work coming from this little steel fabricator, and many OEM partnerships were soon formed.

Now that little fabrication shop has grown into an international OEM part supplier with offices & factories that span globally. Our precision-made products are used to construct OEM motion technology systems like automatic transmissions, engine mounts, suspension systems, and steering systems. From our offices & warehouses in North America, to our steel & rubber plants in China, Precision National is keeping the world moving, one part at a time.
