Since vehicles are made of more than just steel, Precision National expanded its manufacturing capabilities to include rubber components. A number of years ago, the decision was made to start making rubber products, in an effort to provide automotive OEMs with the necessary components to assemble the steel products that were already being produced. That business has grown through the years, and now includes a wide range of custom molded, extruded, and fabricated rubber components, along with extensive rubber formulating capabilities.
After analyzing the product specifications, Precision National’s engineers can assist with everything from design, prototyping and testing, to rubber compound formulation, color matching, production and packaging. Our extensive tooling capabilities allow us to manufacture the simplest grommet, to the most intricate rubber-bonded-to-metal gaskets.

Design – Using a state-of-the-art software like CAD, Pro-E, AutoCAD, IGES & 3D ACIS Modeling, our engineers can take a spec sheet or an idea, and turn it into reality.
Custom Rubber Compounding – Our experience in rubber manufacturing allows the client the flexibility to simply provide us with their preferred formulation, or just the data on their rubber component’s application. Our R&D department can develop a rubber compound that will optimize the part’s performance, and the client’s bottom line.
Custom Tooling Capability – From simple o-rings, to compression molded rubber parts, Precision National can engineer the tooling & dies needed to produce nearly any type of rubber product.
